Optimum Performance was created in 2016. Since then we have helped many athletes and non-athletes reach their goals, both physical and mental. Our team works with tennis players, basketball, soccer, football, golf, and more. We focus on providing the right tools to those individuals seeking to improve their health, quality of life, and step to the next level. 

Optimum Performance provides many services developed and supervised by the founder Dr. Baranovski, including: recovery sessions, consultations and personalized nutrition plans, group fitness sessions, 1 on 1 fitness sessions, and mental health sessions. We believe that sport specific fitness helps you achieve results faster and better. That is why we have created individual, accurate, and realistic plans that adjust to your needs.
