When purchasing this service, the athlete will have access to custom fitness plan, recovery sessions and a personalized nutrition plan will be designed + follow up. This service can be online or in person depending on the client's preference. Price varies depending on coach. This service requires to purchase 10 sessions in advance in order to reserve and secure the schedule for the athlete. Cancelations must be made 24h prior to the beginning of the session.
